Beef Stew (Slow Cooker)
This recipe was what I started with, but I changed it up a bit so I will list my recipe as well.

Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/3 cup Italian Dressing
3 cups water
6 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
6 small potatoes, quartered
6 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup frozen lima beans
1 can corn, drained
1 1/2 cups pepper & onion mix
Directions:
*My slow cooker is not what I'd expect from a slow cooker. I cannot put everything in at once, cook all day, and have everything perfectly done. If I did that, the meat would be WAY overcooked and the vegetables would cook unevenly. So, I have to go through an arduous process of putting in all the liquids, spices, tomatoes, and carrots first, then the potatoes and other veggies a couple hours later, then the meat last.
If you have a trustworthy slow cooker, throw everything in at once, and cook on low all day.
