Chana Masala (Vegan or with Chicken)
This is my favorite dish from a local Indian restaurant. I tried to recreate using this recipe.
I followed it closely, but used 1.5 times the spices and in place of the water I used a can of Coconut Milk. You can also add in some pre-cooked chicken if you'd like a meat option.
It is not spicy, and makes a good dish for kids as well.
