Chicken Stir Fry
Here is a great recipe you can use to clean out your fridge:
Last time I made it I used broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas, corn, onions, and celery. I prefer to steam the veggies rather than stir fry them. If I stir fry them I find they are still too crunchy for my family's taste.
I also use double the sauce, split between marinating the chicken and then seasoning the veggies. I steam the veggies first, set them aside, cook the chicken, then mix everything back together and stir fry with the second batch of sauce for about 3-5 minutes.
