Crunchy Power Bars
These are an awesome snack for the kids! This recipe makes around 25 toddler-sized bars. I add a few sprinkles of wheat germ, pepitas, and sunflower seeds to the recipe.
Don't skimp on the brown rice syrup, it is what keeps them stuck together.
Refrigerate before cutting them. Once cut, I put them in saran wrap and freeze them.
You can try to substitute a different cereal if you cannot find the Enjoy Life Crunchy Flax cereal. You'll need to find a very firm cereal though, a cereal like Rice Krispies will not survive the stirring without crumbling.
