Quick Ham and Bean Soup
This is an easy recipe where you can play with the ingredients depending on what you have in the fridge. I generally make a double batch, go a little light on the beans, and instead replace those with additional veggies, and then also a fun brown rice pasta or quick-cook barley.
We buy a Honeybaked Ham a couple times a year. I always buy bigger than we need so I can freeze some for soup throughout the year.
