Pasta with Chickpeas and Garlic-Rosemary Oil (Vegan or add Meat)

This dish is very mild, and could be a great option for the kids! You can leave it vegan, or add in some cooked chicken or turkey as well. Here are the changes I made to the recipe:
*Used 3 Tablespoons tomato paste rather than 2
*Used broth anywhere it called for water
*Added the equivalent of one can of diced tomatoes
*Added probably 1tbsp of basil
*The pasta will cook with the sauce for a while, so be sure not to cook it completely in the water. Otherwise it will be too mushy by the time the dish is done.
I did find this dish was much better fresh than reheated as leftovers, so make only what you need for one night.
