Pizza Dough (Breadmaker)

This turned out to be a very tasty dough. The spices really give it some extra flavor. Next time I'm going to try substituting some whole wheat flour. But, as is, this recipe is delicious!

Pizza dough is also easy to freeze. Since our family generally makes mini pizzas so that everyone gets their own, I freeze it in individual portions. Let the dough sit out and rise for a while first. Then split, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze.

We use both Daiya shredded cheese and Rice Vegan sliced cheese on pizza. Our pizza sauce (Ragu) and pepperoni (Hormel) are free of our allergens. See more about cheese options here.
