Vegan Snickerdoodle Pumpkin Bread (Cake)
Calling this a "bread" is a bit of a stretch. It is really more like a coffee cake, and a delicious one! Great for kids and adults, and perfect for brunch or dessert.
I followed the recipe as listed, with only one exception. The recipe lists "White Whole Wheat Flour" as an ingredient. Instead, I combined this with the All Purpose Flour. Total, I used 3 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour, and 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour.
