Vegetable Bean Soup
Makes 24 cups.
12 cups chicken broth
2 tbls chili powder
2 teas pepper
1 tbls garlic
4 chopped red potatoes
12 oz frozen mixed veggies
1/2 cup frozen lima beans
12 oz frozen carrots/onion/celery mix
2 10oz bags chopped ham
5 frozen spinach cubes
2 cups pasta
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can great northern beans
Bring broth to a boil. Add chili powder, pepper, and garlic.
Add potatoes and vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook about 10 minutes.
Add pasta and beans. Bring to a boil and cook about 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente and all veggies are cooked through.
