I have found an excellent book that offers many great baking recipes without dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. It is called "The Food Allergy Mama's Baking Book" by Kelly Rudnicki." I would suggest checking out your local library for the book to give it a try, or purchasing it for long-term use. It includes recipes for all types of baking including:
Breads, Waffles, Pancakes, Muffins, Biscuits, Cookies, Cakes, Pies, Frostings, Cheesecake, and even Hot Cocoa and Caramel Corn.
If you want to try making your own ice cream, sorbets, and sherbets, I would recommend "Lick It!" by Cathe Olson." It also includes recipes for ice cream cakes, cookies, and varies other frozen treats. It is a vegan book, so it does include many nut recipes. But even though we can't use them I have found the book very helpful. Most recipes use coconut milk as a base, so if you must avoid coconut than this is not the book for you.
The "Enjoy Life" brand carries many delicious options for pre-made desserts such as cookies, chocolate bars, and snack bars. They also have excellent allergen-free chocolate chips.
