My son does not like variety in his breakfast! He is a BIG breakfast eater and has eaten the same thing for a couple years now, and it goes something like this every single day! (click the item for the recipe):
- Steel Cut Oats
- Sausage/Bacon -- We use Turkey Bacon, Bacon, or occasionally Pork Sausage
- Seasonal Fruit
Occasionally he'll still be hungry, and at that point we'll throw in a cup of cereal.
Other options include bagels, toast, smoothies, muffins, jelly/jam (here or here or here), waffles (google "vegan waffles"), etc.
